• To introduce and embed a comprehensive reading approach that enhances students’ reading skills, fosters a love for reading, and improves overall literacy levels.
• Further promote high attendance in order that year on year improvements that have been achieved, continue.
• To develop and improve students' oracy skills, enabling them to communicate effectively, confidently, and articulately across a range of contexts.
• To cultivate a culture where staff are proactive, engaged, and self-directed in their professional development, enhancing their skills, competencies, and career satisfaction
